At LV Softech, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. We understand that there may be occasions where you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.
1. General Refund Policy
- Refunds will be provided only in accordance with this policy.
- All refund requests must be made in writing via email to info@lvsoftech.com and must include the specific reason for the request.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1. Domain Registration and Hosting
Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered. Hosting services may be eligible for a refund if the request is made within 05 days of the initial purchase. After this 05-day period, hosting fees are strictly non-refundable.
2.2. Website Development Services
Deposits for website development projects are non-refundable once the project has commenced. If the Client cancels before work begins, a full refund is issued. Post-commencement, LV Softech will evaluate work completed up to the cancellation date and issue a partial refund from the remaining balance after deducting labor costs.
2.3. Mobile App Development
Deposits are non-refundable once the project has commenced. For cancellations prior to the start date, a full refund is issued. If work has already started, we calculate a partial refund based on the remaining deposit balance after deducting costs for work completed.
2.4. E-commerce Websites
Deposits for e-commerce projects follow the same protocol: non-refundable after commencement. Partial refunds for mid-project cancellations are issued after LV Softech deducts the cost of work completed up to that point.
3. Exclusions
- 3.1. No refunds will be issued for completed and delivered services.
- 3.2. No refunds will be issued for any third-party services or products (plugins, themes, etc.) purchased through LV Softech.
4. Refund Process
4.1. All requests are reviewed by our team. We notify you of the outcome within 15 business days.
4.2. Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days and issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
5. Changes to Policy
LV Softech reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted to our website.
